Amazing experience with Oliver today! Went in for an eyebrow wax and came away feeling so refreshed and absolutely amazing. He tried lots of products on me and talked me through everything. As a new (ish) mum, I haven't felt like this in such a long time and my god did I need it! I came in with my little boy and even though he was very good he fussed a little and I felt no pressure by Oliver or any of the staff to keep him quiet. Oliver allowed me to settle him with snacks and he even gave him so paper cups to play with. It was such a personable experience with him and we chatted and laughed throughout the whole thing. I'd have loved to stay longer and tried more things but I could tell my baby was getting tired. Thank you very much Oliver for making me feel like Emma again for a little and not just mummy. I had a fantastic experience this morning with Mila @ Benefit Loughton, she spent time explaining the products, how to use them and set them. I found her very knowledgeable and polite. Mila gave me some tips on application, something my darling daughter has no time for, so I really appreciate Mila for her advice. I left Benefit feeling confident and with a few products.
