        Terrible experience I explained my little boy got measured in Clarks size 4 and she only had size 3 in stock she said they measure big Clarks if they dont fit him return within 14days I went to return and she said credit note only which she did not say at checkout terrible customer service I wont be shopping here again.

        Awful experience. I bought an expensive pair of sandals for my 4 year old. She wore them for 5 mins at home and they were too big and gave her blisters. I tried to exchange them the next working day and they refused. A complete waste of money.

        The owner is a thief ... which is now in the hands of the police ... avoid at all costs in fact the prices online are 15% cheaper
