Vision Express Opticians - Loughton

Just one day before my appointment for my child's eye test, I was told by a call that the optician cannot come, which was understandable. However, when I asked to change the appointment to another day, the staff began to ask me my child's age which was provided already when I booked the appointment online, and she said they cannot take the eye test for children under 5 years old. Good to know that as they website shows misleading information that "Children can have an eye test at any age, whether or not they can read or speak." My child already can spell some words. So want to share this information particularly for parents with under 5 year old children.

As a family we have been attending appointments at Vision Express Loughton for 14 years. Staff have always been extremely helpful I wouldnt go anywhere else. Called recently when my son had a painful eye. He was checked out and referred for hospital treatment the same day.
