        I rushed into Bird & Fairley in a panic just before Christmas as I had been let down by my regular high street optician. I was distressed as I had woken up that morning with flashing lights in the corner of one eye. I was worried that I had a detached or torn retina. Anyway, the lady on the reception was so kind to me and calmed me down. I only had to wait a short while and the optician saw me and was able to put my mind at rest. She was very reassuring. I also spoke to the gentleman in the opticians and asked if B & F could be my regular opticians. He said that this was all set up. I am looking forward to making my first appointment there in the near future.
