        Not a lot of variety in the range of kitchen, but quality looks good, and the price reflects this. Very friendly staff at the Loughton branch.

        Like the prior review our kitchen designer left mid way (Kestas). They told us that we could knock down a wall and we designed a whole kitchen around it. Come installation - we werent able to. So we had to redesign last minute and hope for the best it wasnt the kitchen we wanted. We had to refund a lot of parts and I had to run through line by line as magnet kept trying to overcharge us. The whole experience was very disappointing

        Went in for a design meeting, wasnt really a design meeting. Was just a bit of an informal chat, wasnt even offered a seat. The guy (Adam Killen) came round to measure my kitchen to then send something over, and then havent heard anything since! Very poor service
