Ruby Talbot is very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We have three properties being marketed via Durden and Hunt and Ruby is co-ordinating everything very well for us. She is a credit to the company.

I entrusted Alex Durden to sell our house, and he did not disappoint me. He and his team were fantastic. Unfortunately, as with all sales, there are a lot of ups and downs, but they got it sold and were awesome through the whole process. Louise and Ellis were great at going through all the viewings with all the potential buyers. They both did their utmost to get a sale for me. They were highly professional and were always on time. Once we got the sale, with the constant support of their sales progressor Amanda, the sale was completed on time - she was outstanding. She did everything she could and went above and beyond. I recommend Durden and Hunt to anyone whos looking to sell their home.

Could not recommend the service Amanda gave us more highly, she is AMAZING. Anything we needed she was extremely helpful, and ensured everything was broken down and explained to us so we were aware of all the goings on between the solicitors. Even on the day we were to both exchange and complete she was pushing our solicitors (who I would not recommend) to get everything done. Having her in our corner made the stress of buying our first home a little less stressful, she is wonderful!

Just sold our fathers house through Durden and Hunt, it was a challanging property to sell. Durden with Alex and his team kept in regular contact and was present at every viewing. Once sold Amanda rang us every other day to keep us updated and let us know what we needed to provide for the sale to go through as soon as posible. Very professional company and team.
