complex and needed my Accountans assistant. Kim laised with my Accountant and we finally managed to get all the documents signed before deadline. Thanks to Kim Betts and her very professional staff.

I was so happy with the service, its nice to be treated respectfully especially for me with little knowledge of the process, I felt at ease knowing Kim is always on top of things along with her friendly team.
Just great, and no hidden costs like other places, I paid what was on the quote and it worked out cheaper than the competitors.

My original review said: Avoid if you can. I instructed this firm on behalf of my parents. The communication was terrible, and the service was unbelievably poor. I see Kim says her bad reviews are fake, I can confirm this one is real, unfortunately. I would never use this solicitor again
I will now go further: No I have not put in a formal complaint, nor have my parents, because I dont think you are a bad solicitor. The task you did for my parents was small and simple so I cant judge your abilities as a solicitor. But, I can say the communication skills of you and your staff are terrible, and I think you take on more work than you can manage, as the delays to your replies are huge. It took weeks to get replies on simple things like payment details. Small tasks take days and days of chasing. Your poor communication actually delayed us being able to exchange on a house.
So no, my parents dont need to make an official complaint, but they did ask me to leave a negative review of your firm. I would certainly never use your firm, neither would my parents.
Maybe instead of being so defensive (including accusing your clients of lying with false reviews!), you should listen and improve your service. You dont have all these negative reviews for no reason and youre doing yourself no favours by arguing in the reply sections of your negative reviews.
