I like this place to treat my daughter. High calories but tasty treats. Staff are pretty good and waiting times are low.

They treat their new workers terribly. Barely any training. They just dump you with a useless person to help. And when it gets busy youre all alone, and if its busy and you ask for help from another employee they say youre probably right that person didnt even bother looking to see if I was right. Then you get in trouble for doing the wrong thing. I was on edge. Im sure once you get the hang of it its ok. But proper one to one training would be good. Instead of leaving new workers to work it out themselves. I cried at one point because one of the workers said to another worker theyre being so slow I heard it. And I cried. Luckily no one noticed. A job should be a place with a group of people to help get better at what you do, and a place you feel comfortable. If someone is new and they are the only person new, they are going to be ten times more worried than if they were new with someone else, so please in the future try to be more helpful. And admins, please remind your employees to be kinder. x
