The clinical and administrative staff are all so wonderful, helpful and friendly. Whenever Ive had to call, I get through very quickly and am generally given a same day in-person or telephone appointment. Having been a patient at a number of different practices, I can easily say that this is the best of the bunch. My family are all envious of how quickly and efficiently we are seen. Its very reassuring to be greeted with kindness by staff at reception each time we come in. Then, when seeing a member of the clinical team, were always treated with excellent care and attention.

It gives me no pleasure writing this review as I have been a patient of this surgery for many years. The service is deteriorating all the time. You are asked to call for an appointment at 8 am and 2pm which I do on the dot and then after several minutes of holding time am informed there are no appointments. Not everything requires to go to A&E - very often you just need to speak to a doctor .The surgery message asks to be kind to staff - how about being kind and considerate to your long suffering patients. .

I've recently moved from London where my GP was excellent. I was a little worried about not finding the same quality again. Well, I have not been let down. Appointments are easy to come by, the receptionists are patient and helpful and the doctor I have seen can't do enough. He listens and understands. Thank you to all.

Good. G.P. s BUT dreadful appointment system that inevitably leads to oversight, gross negligence and absurdity! There is also an alarming disconnect between the practice and hospital referral systems and services. What is happening to The NHS?I couldn't agree more with Sven 's review. If only the response were true. We don't want an 'experience' this isn't Centre Parks! We want a service! tru
