Nice food, but there is a woman who works there who is totally unhelpful, like deliberately difficult and has no service skills or interest in anyone. I assume she's there because she's someone's family, there is no other possible explination.They often mess the orders up and then expect you to just deal with it. They also close when they feel like it, so if you see the closing time, take off 45 mins if you actually want food, and not just a blank look.

I made an order with Morleys in Loughton which consisted of 3 chicken wings and 3 burger meals, via Just Eat. They forgot to add my chicken wings and when I called, Farouk was unapologetic. She kept on making completely senseless suggestions such as - when I ordered next time they would add the wings or I should order more food then they can come and deliver. Then she moved on to they didnt have enough drivers could I come to the shop and pick up my wings myself- First of all why would I come to the shop to rectify an issue which they caused? Secondly, if I was mobile then I wouldnt have used Just Eat. I then asked to be put through to the manager and she muttered something in a different language to a fellow and then dropped the phone on me. I still dont have the wings I paid for. Very rude and poor service - stay away!

Food is okay, fair priced. Although staff were rude and no hair nets in sight. Would explain why there was a strand of hair in my food. That has put me off returning

I'm Brazilian just like here in this place. but the woman who works here, she and the others are very uneducated. They are burning the point for a while, no one stops in this place anymore
