Initially Alex was lovely but I had a reaction which I did not blame her for at all. I was willing to try a senstative glue which I purchased myself which she was willing to use. As the ingredients were not found she decided not to treat me and cancelled my appointment. I asked for a small reduction off the treatment cost as I was using my own glue which she refused. My lashes were terrible but I was happy to give it another go. I have been left with terrible lashes and she didn't even offer to remove them. Customers beware she does not deal with issues fairly.

Purchased a gift voucher for my wife here and she also received one for her Birthday. Unfortunately they only last 6 months and then covid kicked in with all unnecessary travel or outings advised against. Unable to get to the clinic, this has been the first opportunity after Lockdown restrictions have been eased on May 17th yet they will not honour the gift cards or give an extension to the expiry date which was Feb 2021. Do not waste your money here people and get caught out, maybe there are friendlier more accommodating places in Loughton. Money down the drain and wasted, surely a compromise or 50% off would have been a fair deal. Service: Manicure
