        All that is missing is a wine bar in there! Staff starring at customers and gossiping. Whispering and laughing out loud. It really is a joke. Very unprofessional place. You feel unwelcome.

        Shockingly bad - but then I am struggling to find a decent bank nowadays. Since they closed my local branch (which was relatively ok) I have to come to this one... bog standard reply is 'use your app'. No, I want to discuss with a real person my banking needs

        Absolutely shocking customer service , one cashier open, one Atm working . one wandering Barclays person supposedly there to help but was of no help. queue of about 12 people. Barclays have shut my branch so have to drive 10 miles to this one and wait nigh on 20 minutes to be told they only have 10 notes in the till with the staff blaming the pandemic and telling me this is the way it is now, so get used to it . Basically lump it ! WE'RE NOT INTERESTED IN OUR CUSTOMERS .

        Only reason I use Barclays is for work purposes. Normally use the Whitechapel branch. They have lots of staff. So clear that this branch needs support. Glad I bank elsewhere.
