Tracy has magical hands. I had the reflexology and reiki treatments and was left feeling relaxed, balanced and floating on air. The scented creams Tracy uses are magnificent and my skin felt really soft afterwards for several days. What I really liked was the tailored approach Tracy uses and her informative remarks which made me understand a lot about how things in the body are inter-connected and operate harmoniously. Tracy has also treated my elderly mum and my teenage son and they thoroughly enjoyed their sessions. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you, Tracy! Stay well!

Tracy has been treating me for a couple years now. And after every treatment i have found good results in my health especially the movement of my feet as i play regular football. I keep preaching to my friends about reflexology as alot of people still think its a type of massage. Yes it feels as good or better than a massage, but it really is more of a therapy in my opinion. The positive effect it has on my whole body is unexplainable. Also tracys prices compared to massage treatments is crazy good value.

I vividly remember having the most chronic migraine, feeling sick, dizzy, like i was about to pass out. Then Tracy asked me if she could try to help. I said yes, anything to try. I will admit , I knew nothing about reflexology, reiki, anything! I didnt think much of it. My head ache was at 99% shocking. When I got up, my headache was around 5%. I was able to work, Carey in with my day, feel fantastic ! And all because of Tracy. She also kindly helped my daughter in so so many ways, and she is now a huge believer too. Eternally grateful we found eachother

I had the most wonderful treatment from Tracy. She created a calming, serene environment and I felt utterly safe and relaxed. She explained what she was doing but there was also plenty of welcome silence. I would definitely recommend her healing hands to anyone

Tracy is my daughter-in-law and you may well think I am biased but I would like to share my honest review as to how she made me feel and the treatments she gave me were very caring and professionally carried out. I have had three distant reiki treatments thus far with Tracy practicing 65 miles away from myself and she may well have been in the room with me. I had reiki quite some years ago and from memory it was just the same with myself telling Tracy by phone/e-mail after my treatment what I had felt during the treatment which was followed up with a phone call and e-mail from Tracy telling me what she had felt via the energies which passed between us with very clear and concise information and all questions answered with a clear understanding. I have also taken part recently in 2 of Tracy's 4-week hand reflexology treatments via Zoom which was a novelty in itself seeing other total strangers who were also taking part. Muted once the session started in order to stay focussed. Following each session Tracy gave us each a chance for a Q&A and to understand or go over what she had taught us. Tracy's hands are well manicured and lovely to look at and some of the positions she had to hold her hands in must be quite difficult for the camera but she took that on board and moved her hands as necessary for all to see clearly. I would thoroughly recommend Tracy for any treatments you may like to try - you have nothing to lose but plenty to gain. Thank you.
