Apologies, i'll give the full story. I found this Ironing company/service, it wasn't a shop, it was a house, i was initially reluctant as whether i could trust the service and thought i'd give it a go. Asked for the price for 4 pairs of jeans before giving my entire collection, was quoted a price, didn't negotiate, asked about delivery, was offered a collection and delivery service free of charge.
Everything was polite, however i was disappointed at the fact that the they decided to exercise their right for refusal of service, with no explanation.
