We had a fantastic experience with Concept Lofts from start to finish. Jake and the team were highly professional and guided us throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was great throughout, with Jake always on hand to give advice. I was blown away by the quality and speed of the work and would highly recommend Concept Lofts. We are delighted with our new bedroom and en-suite bathroom, which has transformed our house.

From start to finish, Jake and his team were excellent. Like many people thinking of doing a loft extension, I had concerns about what the final outcome might look like. Jake helped allay those concerns- he's got great experience and knows what he's doing. I was really pleased with the final outcome - the new space is just what we needed Also crucially, he drives his team to meet required deadlines to enable others (like plumbers, plasterers, electricians) to meet theirs. So my loft conversion was completed in very good time (earlier than scheduled on the project plan) I wholeheartedly recommend concept lofts to deliver a professional loft extension job. Would highly recommended Concept Lofts. Jake and his team were great in every aspect. Jake worked with us to achieve our perfect loft conversion, we had some ideas of how wed like it to look and the team were very accommodating. As with any building project there was some snagging however this was completely quickly and easily. 5 weeks from start to finish, you will not be disappointed if you chose Concept Lofts. Jake and his team were absolute professionals the whole time. Having spoken with 10 other potential firms prior to contracting with Concept, no other company came close to the level of service and transparency that Jake offered. We had a lot of other work going on aside from the loft conversion that Jake did, an his tradespeople (Employed directly) were just better/nicer/faster than any other company we worked with during our renovations. Work Done: Full Master En suite dormer loft conversion, on our 1905 mid terrace Victorian in east London. Only shame was that we had to delay the start date due to the lockdowns, but Jake was very straightforward about this and maintained communication during the down period.
