I cannot put into words how amazing the service and comfort was that we received from Jo and Seamus at the Loughton branch! Nothing was too much trouble, the answer to every request was a yes. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time with them both. Jo dressed my lovely sister Deb for her funeral and she looked so beautiful. All the men were immaculate on both days (church service and crematorium). Incidentally we thought it was very good value as well

Just to say thank you to Daniel Robinson & Sons for there organisation and care of Barry Perry's cremation at parndon wood crematorium and putting me in touch with Steve Cheal funeral celebrant who done a lovely service. Very professional and respectful of my late brother Barry thank you again from my heart.

From first contact, which was with David, the service I received was second to none. At a difficult time I was guided through everything without having to ask and was shown compassion and professionalism. The service this morning was absolutely superb and leaves nothing but positive memories. Every detail of the day was immaculate. Thank you so much and I shall recommend you.
