I have 2 young children and I some how (with a struggle) managed to get to my 9.15 appointment 5 mins early. By 9.25 I am still waiting so I ask the receptionist how long. She said there had been a mix up and that the lady (who had just gone up) thought her appointment was at 9.15 but in actual fact it was scheduled for 10am. She said she would be down soon and we're next... What a cheek! I turn up early for my scheduled app and I was the one made to wait??? Surely you would send in the lady with 2 young children, who was on time for her appointment before the lady who had it wrong? I had a toddler class booked and by 9.38 I was still waiting so I left. Absolutely fuming!! Terrible lack of consideration for customers. Why didn't the receptionist let me know of the mix up when I arrived and that there would be a wait? Such bad customer service. Also the receptionist who took my call to book the appointment was incredibly rude.

The male dentist was rude to my elderly grandparent who is in their 80s. Scared of needles and showed no empathy.
