Misleading sell, advertising the deal with all necessary equipment but when u make payment send different item and stop responding when u told them the purchase is base on advertisement. Pay extra 10-20 to avoid hassle. Dont get regrets when u make purchases here.

These cowboys were contracted to visit my property for an EICR. They came and did their tests, and whilst I was distracted with another trade, they quickly wrapped up and tried to leave, saying that the 'office' would contact me with the certificate in a few days time. I asked both engineers before they left if there are any issues that they have identified so I can understand before they leave, and get on with any remedial action. They said as far as they can see, everything should be okay, but they will take their findings to the office, and then issue the report, as the 'office' might have a different opinion. 5 days later, I have now received the report. I don't have an issue with the items they have identified as C2 and C3. What I do have an issue with is these guys who are qualified electricians, were too scared to discuss their findings with me; tried to make me believe that somebody in the office who was not present with the inspection would have some overriding assessment of the issues over and above the pair of them who did all the testing. I heard them mention that one of the sockets were broken, and they tried to tell me that I could not get it fixed until their office issued the EICR. They seem to be under some illusion that I cannot get work done on my own property without their permission. I would not recommend these electricians, and certainly won't be using them again. Better to pay more and get proper people in to do a job.
