        I spent almost 2 months before getting the report done with almost 40 emails and same amount of calls. Deadline always postponed including the day when he was supposed to inspect the property. Not very impressed also by the quality of his report.

        Andrew provided excellent advice and a schedule of works following a fire at my home and was really instrumental in getting the works completed as quick as possible and me moved home again. I have since recommended him to two of my clients and he has come up trumps again for their home extensions; both of which needed planning permissions organised and technical drawings/specifications. The works are now completed and my clients delighted with the work. Thank you Andrew.
