Loughton Roofing & Maintenance

I booked an appointment for this company to have a look at my guttering and roof as I had an urgent leak that needed treating as water was running down a bedroom wall. The appointment was booked for 10am today. They arrived at 09:52 am (e.g. early) and rang the doorbell. We have CCTV which is accurate to the second. I was on a scheduled business call as people work from home during pandemics. I finished the call and opened the door to them at 09:58 am again accurate to the second. They had gone. I phoned them to tell them they arrived early and not at 10am. The guy who answered the call was very rude to me. This is modern times and they maybe busy but other people are very busy too and have schedules. That is why appointments are made. The guy told me they stood around waiting for 10 minutes. I told him he arrived early and it was an appointment time he made and he could have waited in his truck and it wasn't raining. He then told me to get lost when I pointed this out to him. Rudeness, unreliable and arrogant and perhaps that reflects in the work they produce. I was pretty disgusted with the service and treatment to be honest. I don't think this can be a reliable company despite the review on here and other places. Better customer care provided by others. Pretty shoddy and disrespectful. Very let down by them. Customer service - 0%. Rudeness and arrogance 100%. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Fantastic company, the guys arrived on time each day and communications were always timely. So friendly and accommodating. I have had a long running problem with my roof with several botched repair attempts from another company but Brian reassured me that they would sort everything out, I was provided with pictures of their work throughout and information in progress. This family run business have done a few jobs for us and every time we have been extremely satisfied with the result. They have just finished our roof and once again have done an excellent job. First class communication, clean tidy workers and are very keen that the customer is completely happy with their work. Would highly recommend them.
