        Customer service is second to none, late contact wasn't a problem at all. The best price I have come across. I had a VHS which hadn't been stored properly and not been played in 15+ years. Copied to USB without a problem, I couldn't believe it. The turn around was also quicker than quoted which is always a bonus! I will most certainly recommend and use again.
