Jewels Valuation

We found Vale through Google search when we were in a desperate situation to have the jewels valued as we bought these abroad. She was very helpful in accommodating us at very short notice amidst her busy schedule. When we visited her, she checked everything in great detail and explained in simple terms. She did not rush and took her time to assess and was very passionate about her work. We were very impressed with her depth of knowledge and her connections in this field. She went above and beyond the limits to help us. Due to our circumstances, she even waived her fees, which showed her exemplary character. We have no hesitation in recommending her and we are so thankful to have come across her.

Valentina was very accommodating from the first phone call to the final visit. She took us through the whole valuation process for my engagement ring and the report was emailed through expediently. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend her for jewellery valuation.

Valentina is just amazing! She is extremely lovely, so friendly full of manners. Felt so welcomed, explained us everything about our ring. She answered every question we had. We found vale online, and I honestly couldnt recommend her enough! She was friendly, extremely helpful very knowledgable and helped me so much, you dont find many professionals these days that are so accommodating and kind ! Had my wife's engagement ring valued with Valentina. I had a very nice chat with her whilst she inspected the ring, and she answered all my questions and provided advice. She sent me the report the day after the visit, as promised. Highly recommended.
