Worst agent I have ever met in my life, told me on the phone to never call him again as I am a disappointment and completely rude. All I did was finding a surveyor to check on a property that's over 100 years old, found historical subsidence and the surveyor said explicitly on the report that "the electrics system is outdated and a safety hazard", pulled out cause cost implications with many additional pre-sale checks, who in the right mind actually speak to a client like that. He is a friend of the seller, he then defended the subsidence was 100 years old, well he isn't a qualified expert and the surveyor certainly did not say that and had recommended multiple checks on many things. I found a lawyer found a surveyor, sent over the proof of funds, 100% serious about it! As a first time buyer, it is already stressed enough, no one deserved that conversation, how I am "the worst person he has ever worked with". I have already lost the money on the Level 2 survey! He then said he never told me to find a surveyor, since when do people buy without a surveyor? Would I know the problems if I never found one?? Is it my fault that the electric system is old and needs a replacement! I know sometimes these reviews aren't legit, but please, just trust me on this one.

FANTASTIC SERVICE !! I am a long standing landlord and have not had service like this before, I will now be giving all my properties to Roding estates to manage, they even cover East Ham, ps they have a in-house mortgage broker who is very experienced, he has got me a excellent deals on my BTL properties, keep up the good work
