        Horrible experience at this salon. Every part of the appointment was rushed. They cut off 9 inches of hair when I asked for 5cm (shown clearly with hands) which I'm still in shock about. When I got home my family pointed out that the cut was lopsided - I agree. They did not check length with me before making the first cut and they did not show me a mirror to check the back (I expect after realising they messed up). As someone who normally takes great pride in my hair, I'm now embarrassed by it because of this salon's neglect. It will take me years to get my hair back. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid.

        Great experienced staff. Clean&comfortable saloon. Would recommend this hairdressers. Have been using them for many years. I still feel the same about Jenny Laurence&all the staff.

        After booking an appointment, I just called to ask whether a blowdry would be needed or not as I wanted a layered haircut. The person I spoke to said that because I asked they don't want me to go there and just cancelled the appointment!
