Neatis

Bathroom done by Neatis. While the results did look good at first, after a few months, we were not able to change / control the temperature of the water in the shower anymore. We contacted Tim many times to get this fixed. We chased often and would not hear back from him during 2/3 months or more because he was back home in Europe. The problem still has not been fixed. Tim stopped responding completely about a year ago. He also installed a led light which is stopped working after a few months as well. He did come to try and fix that one, but it did not fix the issue. It's disappointing and I would not recommend him or hire him again because of the lack of follow up / responsiveness. Ive been very pleased with Neatis: they have completed the work (bathroom renovation) on time with no surprises on the price and to a good standard. After the work was completed (and after the payment was made to them) they were still very helpful in sorting out (for free) an issue I had with the shower mixer (faulty equipment, nothing wrong with their work). So they are certainly trustworthy. Would definitely recommend them.

The guys from Neatis installed my bathroom back in December last year and I couldn't be happier with the work done and the after service too. The initial consultation was great, giving some interesting ideas all of which were flexible. A couple of issues arose a year or so after due to bedding in and someone was sent round in the next few days to resolve the issue with no hassle whatsoever. I would happily recommend Nick and the guys at Neatis and will look to them again for future works.

I engaged Neatis to renovate my kitchen and lay new flooring across the flat. Nick started the work however he had a family problem and left without completing the work or making contact with me to explain anything about the situation. This included leaving half the floor unfinished and piles of rubble and old flooring outside. His business partner eventually responded to my contact only when I made an enquiry pretending to be interested in doing more work. He has otherwise avoided all my calls emails and text messages. Since the work the fridge freezer has broken and had to be replaced due to it being installed incorrectly with no vent below it. The outer walls have render down to the ground level below the damp proof course which started causing damp problems within a year of the work being completed and stopped me from getting building control approval. It has been an awful experience, they seemed so nice and competent at the beginning, but as soon as something went wrong they were nowhere to be seen!
