Awful experience with this company. They fixed a leak by just painting over it, within 2 weeks paint has obviously chipped away again and leak not fixed. Making promises that they will fix something and then months go by with no action and constant phone calls to them. But their service charge bills always come out on time! And if you dont pay in time will send you so many reminder and warning letters within the first couple of days. Honestly never had to deal with such a bad management company in my life. STAY CLEAR OF THEM IF YOU CAN.

Pretty much the worst building management company. After 9 years of living in various parts of North London and building management companies John Simmons could literally not give a damn. Non responsive, non helpful, non caring only after weeks and by weeks I mean around 30 of emails about the smallest things they do something. They only did things when the most stringent email written. Unfortunately it is what it is hard to change but genuinely push them for the simplest things they've been paid for too long for the bare minimum of service.

Been waiting 6 months for them to get back to me regarding a leak on a property they are supposed to 'manage'. Quick to collect fees though.
