I have to agree with the one star reviews. They have ignored my emails regarding the state of the parking in our apartments. The paint denoting the parking spaces has disappeared and it is now a free for all. The fact that we have to pay for the parking spaces which tonight I had to park in another area is appalling. No response from JP

Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this company. I am surprised he is still able to operate. He comes across as a very friendly man that knows what he is doing, reality is way far from this. You will not get any proper accounts, no AGM meetings in 7 years, despite the fact of requesting those. Any works will take forever to get done, if they ever get done, which is unlikely. When you eventually decide to get rid of him, he will make the handover so difficult that you will end up giving up for your own sanity. He will not transfer your funds. I simply cannot warn you enough, please stay away. This does not deserve 1 star, it deserves a serious warning to say away.

I totally disagree with the reviews on this page. I have been using John Price and Company for many years and I have always Found John to be knowledgeable and trustworthy and the office staff are usually helpful. Its a small company that may not be as high tech as some of the other fly by night companies - who in my opinion only ever seem to be around for a short while and are mainly operated by Juveniles. I wont be changing Companies thats for sure! I feel safe with JP&Co as my Managing Agent

I have been paying maintenance fees for 25 years. We got moved across from CPM and it has been a complete shambles. We pay 85 per month now for somebody to mow the lawn once a month and a window cleaner who comes God knows when. Vacuuming has stopped. I have reported countless things to them, fallen walls, damaged out houses, even my overflow pipe has been damaged by their gardeners doing the lawn and the inside wall marked by presumably the vacuum cleaner. Our rendering has collapsed off the wall damaging my windowsill and it took them over a year to put a piece of hardboard over it and painted it. Absolutely shambolic ! I had a conversation with the accounts dept.... and got told she wasnt the accountant. I asked her to get the accountant to give me info on what I owed as I had received a letter saying that I had been underpaying. Allthat transpired was a slanging match and when I pointed out the incompetence Of the situation she just kept saying a letter instructing me of the increase was sent in September 2016. I then received a further letter saying that the monthly premium was now 85 and that I had been underpaying ...... this was posted apparently in September 2019. So three years of me paying a standing order.... I receive a letter which apparently they sent...... I dont recall it to be fair but I cannot be 100% certain. Anyway this further letter was 3 years later ! No reminder, no checking I had received the update and new standing order form. I updated my standing order to pay the 85 and needed them to check what my arrears now were. This was updated in December 2019. With Covid I wasnt actually at home so decided to ring them to find out the arrears I owed from the previous 3 years. She was unhelpful and kept saying that it was with the accountant who was working from hone. The point I made about the incompetence of the firm waiting three years between letter left me speechless and confused. I have never missed a payment in my 25 years and yet they did not have the competence to inform me I was in arrears because I hadnt changed the standing order. I actually didnt have the telephone number so got it from google, there I saw the 1 star reviews from 11Different people.... says it all really. I am actually very angry about their incompetence and un professionalism as I pay good money to Get provided with a service. It is not good value for money. When I had my bathroom flooded by the flat above I was told I had to get two quotes. The flat was flooded And tiles had come off the wall. This happened twice, on the second time I just got it repaired. I fail to see why they cant employ somebody to fix it and have all the dealings with the insurance company. Enough of my novel, there are lots of other complaints about this non company. They are just in it for the money but their manner with their customers is very much we have you over a barrel and we dont have to be courteous or informative. Shockingly poor customer relations and I wouldnt even have given them one star if I was allowed.
