        I just want to redeem my voucher at the post office,and the lady was so rude,and made me feel really uncomfortable,she doubt I was the person on my ID,then she said if I had any more evidence with me.I wish this post office was closed for ever.I will never come there again.

        Steve, Haroon, Meena, Harsha and Leanne, they always do their best and they have even exceeded their responsibilities. They have even been nice to me even when Ive ran into them in the streets, and they have no obligation to be nice to customers out of the office. Steve even took my package to the post office while I was walking my dog because I had full hands. Thats someone who cares about people, not just a job. I only have good words for the team. They look after me and my business shippings, theyre friendly and care about their customers. I dont know why people are writing negative comments about the post office team. You receive what you give. Ive been in Loughton for the past two years and everyone in this town is so lovely. Thanks guys, you ALWAYS do a great job for me and my customers.
