Penny is very professional and very empathetic. She was very methodical in identifying the cause of my pain and her treatment was very gentle but effective. I would definitely use her again or recommend her to friends.

Penny was absolutely amazing I've had a constant shoulder pain for several years and she worked on it really well to the extent where I no longer have this pain. It's been fantastic to be able to do the things I could not do before in such a short space of time.

Penny provided an excellent service. She helped to relieve some lower back pain almost immediately. She put me at ease in the first session and was super friendly. My daily daily back pain is significantly better as a result of just 2 sessions. Would highly recommend

Penny was recommended to me during the first Covid lockdown. I have a rare Neuromuscular syndrome with skeletal issues too. Since April I have been receiving treatment. Along with Penny's broad knowledge, research and capability she has kept my body moving and prevented my having to take extreme pain medication. I have now included a treatment every two weeks into my calendar. Penny offers affordable, strict health and safety measures and peace of mind. Being able to see her in North Weald and Loughton gives great flexibility also. I can't express my gratitude to Penny. She has offered care and advice beyond that of just "hands on". I strongly advise people to seek her help. She is more than worth it.
