I've been using Roffeys to manage a couple of rental properties for me. They really do go above and beyond; they're professional and very pro-active in resolving any issues. They take good care of my properties. The staff are friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile without being asked. Having used several other agents previously I can say with confidence that Roffeys are way above the norm.

I recently bought my first home through Roffeys in Loughton but actually dealt with Maureen in the Waltham Abbey office. She was brilliant throughout the whole process keeping us up to date and it was always a pleasure to deal with her even when there were hiccups along the way.
