I met Danny whilst searching for a property to purchase. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the property I was interested in. He did everything he could to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Based on the great first impression, I ended up using him to sell my previous property, which had been on the market for some time. He got me an offer after one open house viewing and it sold a week later for the right price. He managed both ends of the sale and purchase seamlessly and went above and beyond to mitigate any delays and resolve queries. I will be recommending Austin Samuels to anyone from now on. Danny is a great guy and gets the job done.

Danny at Austin Samuels could not have been more helpful. He gave us honest and realistic advice as to the rent we could expect and managed to get a tenant in, with all checks and certificates sorted, within two weeks. His advice was invaluable and when we needed things done he helped source the correct tradespeople to make sure everything ran smoothly. In order to ensure the timely start to the tenancy he was even at the end of the phone evenings and weekends which was so helpful as I worked during the day and couldn't always answer his questions at that time. I would recommend Danny for your let or sale without hesitation. Thank you Danny.
