An absolutely sublime service from James and the team at Savills, Loughton. James was instrumental in ensuring the sale of our house in Chigwell was completely stress free. The service levels were fantastic throughout, and so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James and Savills to all vendors and purchasers who want a 5 star service. As a new client to Savills, an additional advantage we considered over local estate agents, is their wide coverage in other high end areas. We will certainly be instructing Savills again.

I bought a property through Savills in Loughton and cannot rate them highly enough. Natalie kept us informed throughout the process and it was down to her hard work and professionalism that the sale went through as quickly as it did. Natalie often worked after hours to answer some query or another and never seemed fazed, just got on with what needed to be done. Cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will definitely be using them for any future purchases.

Natalie at Savills has been absolutely excellent in the sale of our home. She kept us informed and up to date every step of the way and her honestly and integrity was one of the things we appreciated the most. The rest of the team at Savills are also excellent, namely Suzanne and David who also stepped in with viewings and other assistance and also knew what was going on if Natalie was out of the office. Well done and keep up the super work!

Where do I started with our experiences of buying a property through Savills Loughton, and in particular, with Natalie Collis-Mills? We first went to see a property with her in February 2021. Natalie was very up-front with us that there were some issues which may slow down the purchase, but we had decided that we had found the place we'd like to live, so we were prepared to wait - and we had an offer accepted quite quickly. None of the issues were the fault of Savills or indeed the seller, and rather than be too corporate about it, or try and swing our attention elsewhere, Natalie was good enough to facilitate us meeting the seller for coffee to make the process more human and mean that we both understood each others best intentions. This worked really well for both parties. Due to lockdowns and some irritating Government bureaucracy this process went on far longer than anticipated. But at every step Natalie was in touch. She would call to check-in every couple of weeks, and would text occasionally with any updates or even when there wasn't any. Never was it intrusive or bothersome, it was actually reassuring to know she was proactive. Even though she is working for the seller, it never felt like she was being anything other than supportive, professional, and focussed on the end result for both parties. When there were further delays she was honest and straight with us, and never did we feel pressured, hyped or sold to. Whenever she was going to be off on leave she would let us know and ensure we had another point of contact. As it turned out we finally completed the purchase 23 months later in January 2023! Even in those final few weeks over the awkward Christmas period there was a number of situations that needed Natalie's attention to help nudge things along between solicitors, executors and our own situation with our sale. Never did it appear like we were a problem, and Natalie always did what she said she would, when she said she would. When it came to collect the keys we joked that we would all miss our regular chats! I'm fairly sure if this sale had been with other agents that we had encountered in the past we would not have waited 23 hours or 23 days never mind 23 months, as we'd likely have been bounced into other viewings, or they'd not have had the resilience and perseverance to keep the focus on us securing the purchase we wanted. An incredibly positive experience with Natalie Collis-Mills and Savills, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
