Where to even begin. Just over a year ago I took a pair of very rare boots in to be reheeled. Everything seemed okay, they did make me pay in advance. Waited about two weeks and had no call, so called and they said they werent sure because the main person was away and it would be best to come in. I rocked up the next day and the woman working handed me a pair of mens dress shoes with clearly the wrong tag on it. I showed her that they werent my shoes as my tag didnt even match and she said to come back because she wasnt sure where her colleague had put them. I came back several days later and she once again said she didnt know and was contacting some man to find out. This went on for weeks, told to come back etc, eventually I just started calling because it was clear they had lost my boots and kept saying that they werent ready yet. COVID then hit and I didnt go back for 2 months - when shops opened up again I decided to go in and say I wanted them to pay for my shoes. She wasnt horrible about it but she was clearly annoyed with having to admit they lost my shoes and reluctantly gave me some cash to reimburse for my shoes and my prepaid bill. Over A YEAR later this woman calls me to tell me that they found my shoes and I could come in and claim them. They had given them to another customer and eventually returned. Went in today to get my shoes and low and behold, they cant find them. Two people at the shop call this woman and start acting all shady then seemingly find out from her that the shoes are in the shop. However...they cant give them back to me since the woman cant remember how much she gave to me to for reimbursement and until I remember I cant have them. Told to come back tomorrow to discuss with them - which I will not be doing since I care about my insanity. Do not take your stuff here, especially if its rare or expensive!!

I took my trousers there to be altered and I didnt like them the first time the tailor altered them,so I took them back and she made a slight improvement but still not worth the money I paid. Although when I went back to collect my trousers the second time the store owner didnt even respond to me and rolled her eyes when she threw my trousers at me.Will not be coming back here again.
