Station Road Dental Practice

Almost a year ago I accidentally came across this dental practice and I can honestly say I'm over the moon with not only their service but also the amazing results I have got with the Invisalign treatment I'm currently receiving.... Dr Vim has been fantastic and I would highly recommend him... I've always found all of the staff very polite and professional... If you are looking for dentist I'd definitely recommend Station Road Practice!!!

My experience with station road dental practice was shocking! I was given a 4 hour trail day for a possible receptionist position, no management there to even join me, luckily I know the system and can work reception with my eyes closed, as I basically run that desk for those 4 hours. Well I can tell you I'd never have this company on my resume, shocking on all spectrums. I've had over 13 years experience in dental feild, CQC manager for over 5 years (needing to get back into work due to financial losses), and when I say this practice is the worst, I mean quite literally! Not only are the company refusing to pay me for my 4 hours I've worked and ignoring my attempts for payment, they treat their team appallingly. When the longest member of their team has been there 15 months, and over 10 managers within the last year, that's saying alot about the company. One good point is the receptionist girls are very kind, surprised they havent left yet. This company will be reported to CQC by myself as they seriously should be shut down and learn how to take care of their team.. *** update to practice owner as to your response***. I won't be removing my review as I've still not been paid for the hours I worked. You can speak to Tracey and also Daniel your finance team as they have my details. I Have the right practice, and now so do CQC as you've been reported. I've also got voice recordings with your team as to how your practice likes to be managed. I have 100% the right practice...

Such a bad first experience/impression! We visited the clinic for the first time today and the dentist that checked my daughter, 6yo was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The way she was speaking to me, the sarcasm she was looking at me with! My daughter got very upset as she did not have the slightest gently approach towards an young child. I openly told her that I did not like the way she was speaking to me and her overall attitude, and we were given a referral for another clinic at the end. The other thing that left a very bad impression is the fact that when I asked the receptionist about the name of the doctor who saw my daughter, she could only give me the first name which is Rubina. How come she did not know the last name of the doctor that is treating patients there is beyond any of my beliefs about proffesionalism. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed by this whole experience!

AVOID ! worst dentist I have ever been too ! Rude , broke my teeth and I will never return, do yourself a favour take the advice on the reviews I removed myself off the list months ago but after a friends teeth was ruined too , so had to leave this
