        Incredibly disappointed having used them several times before. I ordered a delivery at 10:45, with an estimated delivery of 11:55-12:15. I called them at 12:20 saying the food had been delivered on the app, but it hadn't arrived. They said it was with their driver and would be with us shortly. At 12:45 I suddenly got a notification saying the driver couldn't find our address (no attempt to contact me). Really poor customer service, 2 hour wait just to have our order cancelled. Will not be using again which is a shame as the food is lovely. Poor customer service, ridiculous wait time and no communication from them at all. Left hungry and disappointed.

        Completely not worth bothering about, bipolar opening times and no communication with customers. Google says theyre open til 5. But I have never seen them open this late ever. Google and their own website say theyre open at 8am on a Saturday, standing here at 8:45 and the shop isnt open. Why completely mislead customers
