Do not buy a car from Volkswagen in general. My dad told me not to originally get a vehicle From there and now I know why. The staff the mechanics the whole Loughton VW location is full of lying & lazy people with no intentions to help you. My car went in for wheels replacement and was given back my car with the steering the wrong way round. The mechanic admitted to not doing the alignment and everyone stood there in the room looking embarrassed. The labour is cost to put them wheels on was 800+ and Ive now had to go and spend about 200 else where to get my wheels aligned and tracked as they REFUSED to 66fix the alignment. My dad has also had some vehicles with Volkswagen in the past and experienced the same terrible service. I would avoid at all cost.

Took our car here for MOT and service. When we picked it up, the lady didn't know which works had been completed and couldn't be bothered to read the invoice to find out. MOT report had a few ambers but when we asked for next steps her response was 'well, it's not red yet, so I wouldn't worry for now'. MOT passed with ambers, no follow up recommended and they didn't even checked the the pressure on the tyres. They also double charged us for parts. Sales team are great but admin staff at MOT & service are shocking, take your car elsewhere!
