Ive used Sadlers for years and years and always been happy and got along with most the drivers. Until recently I rang a cab for me and my son to get home from my mums when getting the call it was outside I went outside in the rain to find no cab waited a few minutes then called Sadlers back for a woman to tell me someone else had taken my cab and she will send another so I went back inside to then get another phonecall to come outside for my cab to again not be there so I rang again to ask where was my cab for the cab driver to be sat half way down the hill and me and my son had to walk down to the car in the rain (which defeats the point of paying for a cab). One bad experience wasnt going to stop me to continue using as I said previously Id had lovely drivers who Ive chatted away to for years so I went to ring again to be told Im no longer allowed to use their cab service anymore and given no explanation, absolutely fine Ill just go to VIP who have never failed to deliver the service paying customers should get, Sadlers was always a first choice due to having more drivers but by the sounds of other reviews they are losing a lot of customers and money. May I just add I was never rude to anyone cab drivers or the operator to get this sort of behaviour back. ****Reply back**** I was never going to put the address I was picked up from neither the address I was dropped off to as its my mums home a dress and my home address which is a little strange to put all over google. Took a taxi after a night out, and had left my coat in the back of the car. Thought Id left it at the bar but the receptionist found me on Facebook through my Student ID in my pocket. Really nice guys and wouldnt accept a monetary reward.

No Office In Debden Station, No Office In Loughton Station, Old Telephone Number Not Valid..Had To Contact Buckhust Hill.. Chigwell Farther Away From Me.. Please Update Your Advertising With Google Maps, Etc. Difficulty In Contacting Should Not Be An Issue.

I came back after 3am on the central line. 1st April 2023 and the first cab I went too available said my journey was too short!! Absolutely discrimination towards me and my journey as I needed go be back! Im utterly disappointed I. Sadlers cabs as one cab when available should absolutely not discriminate on the journey distance! 2.54am 31/04/023 please have a word with your driver!!
