        We called Simply the day before, in the middle of winter as our boiler had ground to a halt. They managed ot get an engineer around the next day who stripped it, replaced 3 faulty parts including the PCB and got us back up and working within the 1 hour callout fee period. we will definitely use them again. Service: Water heater repair

        I experienced a slight leakage in my apartment. I was really stressed out - especially because I have young children and shutting the water supply is a big no! The engineer came over, promptly solved the issue and held a very friendly conversation with my kids! A very cheerful individual he was, all my stress vanished away!
