        Disgraceful communication.....I booked a flu jab on the 25th September to be given on the 29th October, when I arrived at the store on the 29th was told that due to "technical difficulties" I would not be given the flu jab...they did not bother to contact me by telephone, email or text to inform me of this, which resulted in a wasted journey.
