We are so glad we opted to use Diamond Driveways. The whole project was managed brilliantly from start to finish by Steven, who provided us with various options and recommendations. His vision and attention to detail was first class. Darius and his build team were hard working and meticulous. Our neighbours commented on how considerate and tidy they were as they worked, and the end result looks absolutely perfect - exceeding our expectations. Update: following this review an engineer came out and agreed the hole was indeed a fault and not us misusing the drive by parking on it (see below). Multiple faults were actually identified, as there were areas close by with cracking that we hadn't noticed. The engineer, not promising anything, assured us he would feed back to the main office.... Then 'radio silence' again, once he left. We've since chased and it seems the engineers view this is a fault has been retracted by management (who didn't come out to view it) and we are once again back to us, the customer, being at fault for parking on the drive. They've begrudgingly agreed to patch the 'fault' as a goodwill gesture (?) but only IF we remove this review, assuring us though that the patch will be a different colour (no mention of the other issues identified by their engineer). As painful as it is financially, I think we'll get the drive done properly at some point by a reputable firm. I'd strongly recommend you avoid. Original: Look beyond their fancy corporate photographs of impeccably laid, pristine drives and see what their product looks like after a few years. Apparently, in their professional opinion, this 8 inch complete loss of resin, was caused by "impact repeatedly to the same spot", yup - we park the car on the drive every night - it's a drive after all. Their after-sales care is non existent, ignoring repeated emails after they halfheartedly agreed to come and patch over the fault - we now have complete radio silence. Avoid and buy a drive that you can "drive" on.
