        We visit this pets at home regularly and have recently been noticing an improvement in their care standards for the animals on the shop floor. Paper based bedding and large suitable exercise wheels to name a few. We went in today wanting to see if there were any adoptable hamsters available and was met by Millie. Millie was so passionate about providing great and well researched information on caring for these animals and as a result we had such a positive experience. Millie showed us the two available hamsters and explained their personalities and backstories to us, which helped us make our decision. We ended up adopting Toffee, who has been burrowing, digging in her sand and running miles on her wheel since we brought her home. Thank you Millie for your help today, youre amazing!
