        my car was damaged by someone and i have been in touch multiple times with their customer service to get the cctv/investigation sorted but these people are terrible and never get back to anybody, the manager even tried to argue with me and not let me talk. I now have to get the police involved. Horrible experience, its sad knowing your car cant be safe for the 2-3 mins you park here for. I'll never use a BP station ever again and will tell my 100,000 followers the exact same thing. Nobody wants to have their car damaged and then an investigation neglected like this.

        Went to the car wash today, that I recommended to a great lady, to wash her car using the car wash, paid for the premium top wash if does, has a good experience setting in thought out the wash, but disappointed with the finishing product. Still had dirt around window seals and mirrors, still had the leafs over back window and front, overall finish for wax and shine was atrocious. Should have got a full refund.
