Emily Grace Florist Loughton

Bought a bouquet of mixed flowers and could not be more disappointed. 1 rose was snapped in two when unwrapped, other two were pretty much dead/rotten. Other flowers were also falling apart once opened from the wrapping paper. Staff in the shop were friendly but the quality of the flowers could not be worse.

Unfortunately terrible service here, that hopefully doesn't happen again to anyone. Made the effort to travel quite far for a wedding flower consultation at this shop arranging childcare in the process etc (highlighting this because it was wasted money) to never receive a quote that should have been sent soon after my appointment. I was chasing for a month to keep being told it would be done by a certain date and it never arrived. No courtesy call to apologise or sense of urgency when being told I'm still waiting etc. In the end had to cancel out of fear my flowers wouldn't arrive on the big day. Emily herself was helpful with the consultation but really poor follow up leaving me quite stressed.

Emily goes over and above for her customers. I use Emily Grace Florist to deliver flowers to my Mothers grave in Buckhurst Hill as I now live on the coast. They are always beautifully made, and either Emily or a colleague makes sure they are placed on grave for me, also she also makes a point of clearing away any dead flowers which is really appreciated. If you want to support local independent businesses that provide old fashioned service Emily Grace Florist definately falls into this category

The only florist I would use now. Service was fantastic, Emily made me a lovely bunch of hand tied flowers for someones birthday. Even added a message written in glitter on a large leaf! Couldnt recommend enough.

I ordered funeral flowers and paid for them by phone, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and efficient, the flowers were delivered on time, and were exactly as shown in the picture on the website. A very positive experience and would definitely order again.
