Well, how long have I got? Bought a new build (NEW BUILD) and Ark Build is who I contacted for any defects etc... To cut a long story short 4 years into living in this house and Ark Build have been back beyond 20 times through defect period etc and STILL to this day I'm having exactly the same leak problems that I had 4 years ago during defect period. I've basically had 3 nw showers and still I have EXACTLY the same problem as first reported. The last time I got a new shower frame as the sealant behind the frame (or none at all) was the issue I asked the Ark Build employee if he could make sure he sealed it "no I never do that that's not meant to be sealed" so I spoke to the director in charge who said he's speak to him but came back with "I believe him and he's told me he never does that and that he does showers everyday and that trust him he'll get the job done properly" 8 weeks later.......... Damage to carpets, skirting board etc which Ark Build never took responsibility for This guy is the best they have according to David Masters who is pretty high up at Ark Build
