I recently had a disappointing experience at Triton Cycles. Initially, their communication was good and they seemed punctual with their emails. However, I found myself chasing them after visiting their shop. I had been in talks about fitting a Rohloff speedhub to my tourer and had cycled for two and a half hours to their shop in Loughton from Morden, Surrey for them to take pictures of my bike for fitting. When I arrived, they agreed to fit a new front rack, but I was treated like I was being a nuisance and not welcomed with any good will. The fitting took three hours instead of the promised one, and I paid 145 for the front rack. I was assured that my quote would be sent in the coming days, but after following up on April 24th, I received no update. It is unacceptable that I have received such poor service from a company that expects me to pay close to 2,000 or more for the hub. I am disappointed as I am an avid tourer and was excited to have a reliable bike shop nearby. However, their behaviour has been utterly disgusting, and I would strongly recommend finding another company for your cycling needs. I hope that this review will encourage Triton Cycles to reconsider their priorities and improve their customer service for the benefit of future customers.

Great bike and great service. I was expecting the bike to arrive in a box via a shipping courier, but I opened the door to find a friendly chap from Triton on my doorstep with the bike built and ready to go. Greta service and great communication.

Love the customer service. Good price and reliable delivery. They went above and beyond in every respect and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company to do business with. E-bikes are a big expense and they really demonstrated that they valued my custom and ensured the bike was delivered in good condition.

Disappointing, ordered a small part which was in stock and it still hasn't arrived and it's been well over a week already. Also have no email order confirmation or tracking details, don't answer the phone either.
