Where to start ! Upon my arrival I was looked up and down in such a humiliating way I wanted to leave. I summoned the courage to show up and felt I needed to see through the lesson so did. All of my questions were disregarded or answered in such a demeaning manner I wish I hadnt of asked at all. I mispronounced a particular pose & was laughed at, I found the whole lesson such a knock on my confidence. I was so disappointed to learn of Nikki views regarding white people, when I left I was politely asked not to white wash her sacred practice ! From my understanding Nikki is really set in her ways and has some pretty strong, negative views regarding white people. Will not be returning.

I have been attending classes every week with Niki for over a year now. My previous experience with yoga was fairly limited and I have found that my confidence has really grown through these classes. The small size of the sessions makes me feel very comfortable and the environment that Niki has created is welcoming, authentic and deeply relaxing. Classes are always well planned, varied and true to the real roots of yoga which I love. I genuinely wouldn't want to practice anywhere else.
