Robs strength at home programming has been excellent and has helped me massively during lockdown. The workouts can be done with minimal equipment and I noticed a great improvement in strength and conditioning while following this programme for over 3 months now. The workouts are clearly structured and Rob is always available for guidance and help over the phone. I would highly recommend this programme to anyone looking to smash their strength and fitness goals

Rob has a brilliantly vibrant personality especially when it comes to all things fitness and training, and Ive been working with him for just over a year now. During this time he has delivered challenging, enjoyable, yet fun sessions, enabling me to become much stronger, more focused and more confident. He has a particular eye for form, which means that you learn the correct technique enabling you to practice exercises effectively and with confidence. Whilst Rob has a no nonsense approach to training and he will never sugar-coat anything, he is also very encouraging, patient and positive and will push you forward without you even realising. Because of him, I have a training bug, a better mindset and importantly a love of being able to improve on the way that I train each day. I have learnt so much on this fitness journey and I couldnt have chosen a better coach!

Id been working with Rob when I lived in the UK for a couple of years, main objective was to change body composition and lower body fat. Safely say we crushed that objective, my move to the US made in person PT impossible, I kept in touch with Rob and we continued to keep tabs on our fitness journeys. Fast forward to a couple years later and my training/diet had taken a real hit, realizing my own mental health issues I had gotten into a downward spiral and disillusioned with fitness altogether. I reached back out to Rob in the hope making a simple change could reignite my passion, I quickly understood that having a plan that was tailored to me would give me the structure I craved. Rob took the time to call me over Facetime and really informally catch up on life and what id be dealing with, wanting to know what I enjoyed, what I didnt and how understanding how frequently I could get to the gym we put a basis to a plan. I pushed Rob for periodic training blocks, something he was really keen on, building strength back up, as well as my love for feeling challenged and uncomfortable. We went for a very diverse functionally fit body building program, Ive now got two kids so time is precious. I have a workout scheduled for me that allows me to track total volume and the lifts etc ill be performing. It gets me pumped for the session in advance and allows Rob and I to communicate about things that went well and stuff that went.. not so well. He can see my progress and we make sure we get every drop out each work out. Given its training blocks we grab a session every time we come to the end of a block and work on what we want to address as part of the next phase.. who would know id be asking for more assault bike work outs.. mental. So Im on a long term journey working with Rob, my body has changed but more importantly my mind has gotten back to a state where it accepts challenges, will power is back and good choices being made around my diet and im using training as therapy.. The little things add up, talking about meditation, journaling arent fitness related but their big life changes and something Rob challenges me on, learning, growing as a person and Ive never been so excited to see whats next on this journey.

Rob has provided me 1-1 programming for a number of years now and I have enjoyed every moment of the process. He has a wealth of knowledge on everything from nutrition to a variety of training styles and can adapt a program that can not only achieve the results you want but fit into your lifestyle. This includes home workouts which reach a level of intensity I didnt think was possible with minimal equipment! Working with Rob has redefined my perspective on fitness, one where movement, skill and performance takes priority with the welcome benefit of achieving aesthetic goals. Great guy and highly recommended.
