Ian and Joseph run this company. Ian knows when to take a step back like a decent man, but Joseph is very pushy and made my associates and I feel very uncomfortable. Only deal with these men if you have a good lawyer to protect you from the inevitable.

I was introduced to Ian through a colleague and visited the Prop4 offices to discuss the possibility of a call answering service for my business and also the use of meeting space. I found what Prop 4 offered was just the thing that my business needed to help with incoming calls, dealing with enquiries from potential clients and to have a local base for my Polygraph testing business to meet with clients.

I hope this review will help Ian rethink his business, I feel the 'videographer' aspect of this is completely misleading. Prop4 is NOT a production company, after chatting with him I realised what I needed was either a professional video production company (which there are hundreds of them in London at a reasonable price) or an independent straight-to-the-point videographer. Clearly Ian is paying his videographer on a zero-hour contract or a freelance rate and disguising it as his own service as he is completely ignorant to the way the creative video industry works, taking advantage of a man's craft which I and my business does not support. It's simple, if companies want a web designer, they will find one, if they want a graphic designer they will find one, if they want a photographer they will find one, what they won't do is find a man who is exploiting talented workers for his own financial gain. I can see from other reviews that Ian only responds to positive reviews and that his PA dismisses the negative reviews.
