I had been suffering daily panic attacks and severe anxiety (also driving related anxiety) since the birth of my second child when I contacted Joanne. It was one of the best decisions and money ever spent. I have not had a panic attack since my very first session with Joanne, she is simply amazing at what she does ; professional, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and it was so nice to know there was somebody on my side. She immediately got to the root of my problems and also gave me the tools to help myself. I cannot thank her enough, meeting her was truly life changing and I cant recommend her highly enough! After getting overwhelmed with the stresses of every day 21st century life, I started to suffer from low mood and chronic anxiety. I found Jo's number and after picking the phone up and putting it down several times, I finally built up the courage to call her and boy am I glad I did. Words cannot express how amazingly gifted Jo is and how grateful I am that I found her. I truly believe that no one else could have helped me in the same way that Jo has. In only 14 weeks I have gone from someone terrified of what's around the corner to someone that is looking forward to what the future holds in a positive way. Jo has gone above and beyond with her time to ensure that I got back on track as quickly as possible. I will be eternally grateful to Jo and all the time, effort and help that she has provided. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone without hesitation.

I went to visit Joanne Indigo Hypnosis following a car accident. I was one of the drivers in the accident and I was finding it increasingly difficult to drive again. I suffered a number of panic attacks whilst driving and was convinced that I was going to be killed every time I stepped into the vehicle. I need to be able to drive for work so I sought Joannes help. After only one session with her I got back into my car and was perfectly calm. Im delighted to say that Ive been fine ever since. I will never be able to thank Joanne from Indigo enough for what shes done for me. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Well if you seem to have that feeling of discontent and that voice in your head is just trying to dampen your day try this theropy.... Indigo Hypnosis has dramatically turned my life around in what seems to be weeks from the first initial contact Joanne listened and spoke very compassionately to the mumble jumble of words and feelings I was trying to get across only to calmly filter out the very meaning of what I was trying to say, she then went to work on what she does best .... put that voice in your head back into the place it most best suits it... her phenomenal work is something that I didnt even think was possible from her very humble treatment centre in sleepy Loughton. I fully recommend you go and see this lady if you have absolutely anything going around in your mind you want to understand and move on from in a positive manner, its hard to pin point what happens because it just happens and the way Joanne has developed my mind and thought process is nothing other than a miracle.
