This company made a vist to look at a job and then gave me a written quotation. I gave them the order to carry out the works and they booked it in and made an appointment to carry out the work. They made 3 appointments and either did not turn up or cancelled at the very last minute. The 3rd time they cancelled they also told me that they could not carry out the works for the price quoted and required more money. I spent a lot of my time and was very patient but eventually gave up and cancelled the works. I am affraid i would not trust this company to change a light bulb.
